Crisp & Go is a compact, portable hot-air cooking appliance (air fryer technology) featuring two glass bowls of different sizes and a Power Lid.

The S bowl can hold up to 1.4 L.

The L bowl can hold up to 3.8 L.

4 cooking modes are available: Air Fry, Bake, Turbo, and Reheat.

Air Fry: for perfectly crispy food. Bake: for your home-baked treats. Turbo: when you're short on time, for faster cooking. Reheat: to restore flavour and texture in seconds. Manual temperature settings are also available for personalised cooking.

Yes, the appliance uses hot air circulation just like a classic air fryer. Any snacks that can be cooked in an oven can also be cooked in the appliance.

Place the Power Lid on the selected bowl (S or L), select an automatic mode (Air Fry/Bake/Turbo/Reheat) or set the manual mode, then press Start/Stop to begin cooking.

No, preheating is not needed.

It depends on the food: please follow the instructions on the packaging. If no instructions are given, refer to our cooking guide for more details.

No, oil is not required: the appliance cooks using circulated hot air. For crispier results (fries in particular), you can add about 14ml of oil (1 tablespoon) and toss to coat the food evenly.

This varies depending on the food and the mode (see cooking chart). For example: fries 300g (S bowl) / 600g (L bowl); whole chicken 1.2kg (L bowl, Turbo mode); baked goods/filled snacks: maximum ½ bowl. Never exceed the maximum quantities indicated, as this could damage the appliance or affect the result.

180°C (the manual setting range is 40°C minimum to 180°C maximum).

In manual mode, press the temperature icon, then use +/- to adjust it (40°C to 180°C); press the timer icon, then use +/- to adjust the time (1 to 90 minutes).

Always place the grid in the bowl before cooking for optimal results: it raises the food so hot air can circulate underneath for even cooking.

Shake the food halfway through cooking for an even result. For extra crispy fries, add a small amount of oil before cooking (about 14ml, or 1 tablespoon) and toss to coat evenly. Optimal quantity: 300g for the S bowl, 600g for the L bowl.

Yes, parchment paper can be used in the bowls. Make sure the paper is properly sized to fit the grid, and that the food is heavy enough to hold it firmly in place at the bottom of the bowl.

No, using another container is not allowed: only the glass bowls supplied with the appliance should be used.

Press and hold the "start&stop" button to return to the main menu, then select the programme of your choice.

Yes, cooking pauses if you remove the Power Lid from the bowl during cooking.

Turn off the appliance, unplug it for 2 minutes, then restart it. If the error persists, contact Customer Service.

Yes. After cooking, the grid and the food are very hot: always use tongs to remove the food and let the appliance cool before handling.

No, after cooking the bowl, grid, and food are very hot. Always use tongs and let it cool before handling.

Yes, as long as it is placed on its feet, on a heat-resistant surface, to allow the appliance to cool safely.

Like any glass bowl, it can break on impact. To protect the bowl, only use wooden or plastic utensils (never metal), and avoid removing the plastic ring around the bowl or the rubber stops on the grid, as this could weaken the bowl.

No, only wooden or plastic utensils should be used to stir food, to avoid damaging the glass bowl.

Wash the bowls with hot water, a little washing-up liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge (a degreasing liquid can be used if needed). Both glass bowls are dishwasher safe.

The Power Lid is not dishwasher safe: it must be washed by hand to preserve the motor and the air fryer function. Tip: turn the appliance on its side to prevent water from damaging the heating system.

No. Never remove the plastic ring around the glass bowl (this could affect its stability), or the rubber stops on the grid (this could damage the glass bowl).

45 minutes after unplugging the appliance.

Unplug the appliance and let it cool for 45 minutes. Make sure all parts are clean and dry. Place the small grid inside the S bowl and the large grid inside the L bowl, stack the S bowl inside the L bowl, then place the Power Lid on top.

The S and L bowls come with a storage lid (airtight for the S bowl), allowing them to be used for storing or carrying food after cooking.
